It doesn’t get much better than this if you’re into performance and looks.   This Iggy Model was a great performance board back in the 60’s and will ride like a contemporary board coming out of the shaping room today.  It has clear reveal foam on the deck with ¼ inch redwood center stringer with offset “T” band stringers with the Iggy logo showing 90% of its original red.  It has a yellow tint rail wrap and bottom showing full transparency of the board and comes with its original removable black Hatchet fin.  There is a professional repair by the nose and some slight surface scratches from storage.  As we dug deep into the Surf Vaults, this was what the hunt was all about, finding the hidden gem.  After speaking with Shea Weber about this board, he concurs its originality and rarity.   The feel of this board as you hold it is perfection and "Ah so good".  Ride it, display it, but don’t let this one get away because the “IGGY MODEL” is a rare board and very hard to come by.
