You are bidding on a hand shaped pintail lightning bolt by Don Koplien.  The deck is a beautiful transparent tinted blue with a black bolt in the center, yellow, black and white pin lines outline the rail, with yellow opaque rails and bottom.  The glass on black fin haloed in yellow and red is spectacular showing the true signs of the 70’s.   Koplien is hand penciled in the foam above the stringer.  There are some previous battle scars to the board that were professionally repaired prior to its  full glass off restoration.  This board also comes with a letter of authenticity by Don Koplien stating he was the original shaper and that it was restored back to its original condition.   This board comes from a private Surf Vault of Lightning BOLTS and ready to be hung with pride or taken out on the next Big Day!!  Good luck to all bidders and remember, it’s for Charity!!
